Clifton comes to the GYROTONIC expansion system from a dance background. He has had an extensive career, being a member of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Lar Lubovitch Dance Company and Jessica Lang Dance, as well as guest appearances with various other companies. He is certified to teach GYROKINESIS and GYROTONIC, including the Jumping Stretching Board, and The GYROTONER. Clifton enjoys continuing his journey in the work of GYROTONIC by helping others do the same.
