Canelle Bricout

Originally from France, Canelle moved to New York to pursue dance studies at the Martha Graham Center of Contemporary Dance and the Peridance Capezio Center. Reimi is a Polestar Pilates Certified instructor. She started Pilates for recovering from her back injury as well as for a treatment for her scoliosis. Since pilates helped her improving her posture, prevent and recovering from injury, and better wellbeing in general, She is passionate to share her knowledge for everyone, especially for dancers and scoliosis clients.

Linda found GYROTONIC® eight years ago during a Martha Graham summer intensive. The principles of the movement system helped her find more breath and length not only in the Graham technique but in ballet and other forms of dance.
