TRAINER SUBSTUTIONS

We reserve the right to change a trainer last minute without notice. Please understand in an emergency a substitute will be provided. We apologize for this but no refunds will be given.

PREGNANCY

We do not allow anyone in class after the first trimester but we do recommended private sessions for the duration of your pregnancy.

CANCELLATIONS

In order to best serve our all of our clients, and due to small classes as well as private sessions and trainers getting paid per client, we have to enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change so we may accommodate another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will be charged as if you attended. We thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration.

LATE EVOLVERS

WE DO ALLOW YOU TO COME IN IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF THE INSTRUCTOR IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SEQUENCE, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT SEQUENCE TO BEGIN. WE DO NOT WANT TO DISTURB STUDENTS WHO ARRIVED ON TIME.

REFUND

We have a no refund policy for all services and all products. We offer studio credit only.
