Jessica Chen
Instructor - Gyrotonic
Jessica Chen is a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor. She has completed certifications in all of the Specialized Equipment - Leg Extension Unit, Archway, Jumping Stretching Board and Gyrotoner. She also has completed the Dancers' Application 1 and Dancer's Application 2 Specialized Courses. Jessica's highlights as a Gyrotonic trainer include training Broadway dancers and actors and working with clients of all ages with a variety of levels and needs. Jessica approaches the work from her professional movement background. She is a choreographer and Artistic Director of J CHEN PROJECT, a non-profit modern dance company based in NYC.
